If you have a new team member -- or you have been told you "need to get into IMP" -- please send a request to PubSupport@aarp.org with the following information:


  • Name of user

  • User's AARP email address

  • User's phone number (you must provide a phone number if this user will be creating assignments for freelancers)

  • Brief description of their role:
    • Will they be creating assignments?
    • Will they need to request images?
    • Do they have editorial, web production, or art/photo responsibilities?


Our practice has been to have a team member in each department trained as a "power user" in IMP in order to orient new team members to how your business unit uses the system. We are not always made aware when staff changes, so if you or anyone on your team needs training, please contact PubSupport@aarp.org  to request a refresher, or to schedule individual or group training.
