Updating or Resetting Your Password in the censhare Client
Unlike the Web Client, the censhare Desktop Client is not synced with AARP's Active Directory; therefore, we recommend changing your password in the censhare Client whenever you are prompted to update your password by AARP every three months.
- Open the censhare Client
Note: If you are unable to log in, contactPubSupport@aarp.orgto have someone on the Media Operations team send you a temporary password. - Go to File > Change Password ...
A change password dialog box displays: - Type your current password (or the temporary password emailed to you) in the "Old Password" field
- Create a new password. Re-enter the new password in the "Repeat" field.
- Click OK
