Saved searches can help users and managers view their (or their team members’) upcoming or completed tasks at-a-glance. Here is how to set up a search for “My Open Tasks”:

  1. Select “Tasks” from the Menu Bar

  2. Select a Date Type, Date Range, and Task Status(es).

  3. Save your search results by clicking "Save" under the search bar at the top left of the page.

    Type a name for your search in the dialog box and click the Save button.

  4. Your saved search can now be accessed in the “Quick Search” Menu.
